Method of Payment

E-payment:

Debit/credit cards for local and international participants. The e-payment can only be made through USM Conference Central portal. The e-payment link will be visible upon completion of registration.

Other methods:

Wire transfer (local and international participants), PD Form (USM participants only), and government local orders and purchase orders (local participants only). These payments should be made payable to UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA. Information pertaining to the company’s (USM’s) name and account details are as follows:

Proof of Payments

If payments are made by e-payment, then no other actions need to be taken by the participants, as the USM Conference Central system will automatically capture the transactions details. In cases where a payment is made by a Telegraphic Transfer (TT), the participants need to send by email a scanned copy (preferably in PDF Format) of the TT Slip, as a proof of payments, to the following person:
