If you would like to present and do not wish to submit full paper to be considered for publication, kindly follow the same registration process as presenter. Go to my submission tab, complete the submission information and attach your ABSTRACT in the full paper submission. Please contact us to get your Presenter (without publication) voucher code for fee reduction upon receiving the abstract acceptance.

Method of Payment

E-payment:

E-payment service is provided for debit/credit card users for local and international participants. Referring to the above table, please click on the fee according to your participation category and the link will direct you to the designated payment site. Please take note that there will be an additional of 6% SST and 2% service charge imposed by the merchant for this payment method.

Other methods:

Wire transfer (local and international participants) and government local orders and purchase orders (local participants only). These payments should be made payable to USAINS Holding Sdn. Bhd. Information pertaining to the company’s (USM’s) name and account details are as follows:

Proof of Payments

Please upload your payment proof (including reference number) in the EZConf portal for verification. Receipt will be generated once the transaction is verified by our finance manager. Your payment is considered successful if we do not contact you in 5-10 working days.
