Full Paper Submission

Full Paper Submission Flow

  • Step 0: Guideline Adherence & Formatting (Pre-requisite): Before starting your submission, authors must download and carefully review the official IOP Templates and Guidelines for Proceedings Papers. Ensure your manuscript is formatted strictly according to these standard IOP instructions (including layout, fonts, and citation styles) to ensure compliance for Track A or as a fallback for Track B. Submissions must be between 10 and 15 pages in length; however, if your manuscript requires more or fewer pages, please consult the editorial team for guidance before submitting.
  • Step 1: Initiation: Fill out the official Paper Submission Form. All authors must complete this form after receiving the necessary instructions upon abstract acceptance.
  • Step 2: Publication Tracks: Choose between the two tracks outlined below depending on your target publication.
  • Step 3: Editorial Decision & Suitability (Journal Track Only): If you opt for the journal track (Track B), the editor will run an initial screening to determine if the manuscript is suitable for that specific journal.
  • Step 4: Final Submission & Review Process: Submit your final manuscript to the assigned platform using the specific template required by your chosen track.
  •

The Two Publication Tracks

Track A: Scopus Indexed Proceeding

  • Platform: IOP Platform
  • Process: Papers submitted under this track are peer-reviewed and published within the official IOP conference proceedings series.

Track B: Journal Publication

  • Platform: EZConf Platform
  • Process: Process: Manuscripts undergo a rigorous, two-tier review:
  • Conference Peer Review: The MathTech 26 Conference Editor coordinates and fully completes the initial peer-review process.
  • Journal Review Completion: Following successful conference review, the paper is forwarded to the Journal Editor, who completes the final journal-specific review and makes the ultimate publication decision.
  • If Not Selected: The paper will be redirected to the Scopus Indexed Proceeding (IOP Platform) track, which requires the IOP standard formatting prepared in Step 0.
  • Fees: An additional fee of RM 300 is incurred, but only upon formal acceptance by the journal (MJMS).
  • Independent Review Authority: The review, editing, and acceptance process is handled entirely by the journal platform. The MathTech secretariat has no influence over the final decision.
