Virtual Sessions

  • Virtual presenters are only eligible to attend virtual sessions.
  • No access will be provided to any physical/on-site conference sessions, workshops or activities

INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTERS

Dear virtual presenters,

  1. System Requirements: Please ensure your computer meets the recommended minimum system requirements for Webex: Windows 10 or later or macOS 10.15 or later.
  2. Panelist Invitation: An invitation email to join as a Virtual Session Panelist will be sent to your registered EZConf email address by 13th September 2026.
  3. Resources: Please refer to the links below for the presentation guidelines and official virtual background:

    Testing Session Information

    A testing session will be available on 21st September 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 (GMT+8). During this session, you can test your microphone and practice sharing your presentation content.

    Please select your testing slot here. Slot reservations close on 18th September 2026 at 12:00 (GMT+8). Due to limited time and resources, each presenter is allocated 5 minutes for testing.

INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL ATTENDEES

To join the virtual sessions on 23rd September 2026, please complete your registration by following these steps:

  1. Click the registration link: MathTech2026 Virtual Sessions Registration.
  2. Register using the same email address registered in your EZConf account.
  3. Once approved, you will receive an invitation email with access details via the Webex Webinar Platform.
