FULL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To ensure a smooth publication process for the conference, please follow the steps below as illustrated in the submission flow.
Step 1: Initiation
- Fill in Paper Submission Form: All authors must start by completing the official submission form. You will receive the instructions upon abstract acceptance.
- Decision by Participant: You must choose between two publication tracks: Scopus Index Proceeding or Journal.
Step 2: Publication Tracks (Click for details)
Track A: Scopus Index Proceeding
- Platform: IOP Platform.
- Process: Papers in this track are intended for publication within the conference proceedings.
Track B: Journal Publication
- Platform: EZConf Platform.
- Initial Review: Manuscripts will undergo a Quick review by editor to determine their suitability for the journal track.
Step 3: Editorial Decision & Suitability (Journal Track Only)
For those who select the Journal track, the editor will make an initial determination of suitability:
- Suitable: The paper proceeds toward the journal publication path.
- Not Suitable: The paper will be redirected to the Scopus Index Proceeding (IOP Platform) track.
Step 4: Final Submission & Review Process
- Action: Submit the final version of your manuscript based strictly on the proceeding or journal template.
- Final Acceptance & Fees: Please be advised that the Additional Fee of RM300* will only be incurred upon formal acceptance by the journal.
- Independent Review Authority: The review and acceptance process will be conducted solely by the journal platform. MathTech 2026 will not have any influence on the final decision regarding journal publication. Final acceptance rests entirely on the formal review process conducted by the designated reviewers and editors of the respective proceeding or journal.
Important Note for Participants
The separation of these tracks ensures that the academic integrity of the journal is maintained through an independent peer-review process. Ensure you monitor your selected platform (IOP or EZConf) for updates regarding your manuscript status.
