SYNOPSIS
This workshop provides a basic introduction to LaTeX, a document preparation system widely used for academic and mathematical writing. Participants will learn how to create a simple document and include mathematical elements such as equations, symbols, and formulas. The workshop will use MiKTeX and WinEdt or the Overleaf online platform for practical hands-on exercises.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide an introduction to the word processor LaTeX.
- Demonstrate how a simple document with mathematical elements can be constructed using LaTeX.
